If you checked on Visitors Welcome the words Visitors Welcome will be placed after your name on the membership listing. This does not mean that you have to put someone up for the night. It just means that when another member is travelling in your area, or lives in your area, he or she is encouraged to call ahead to see if it would be all right to come by for a visit. If you are busy you are under no obligation to say yes, it just opens the possibility that someone will call.
